How long does it take?
Quick Check typically takes 24-48 hrs, Full Conversation takes 1-3 days, Deep Investigation takes 3-7 days, and Undercover Operation takes 7-14 days. Actual timing depends on target responsiveness.
Is this legal?
Yes. Our service involves sending messages on social media platforms, which is completely legal. Agents do not hack, stalk, or harass anyone.
Will they know I hired someone?
No. The agent appears as a genuine person reaching out. Your identity is never revealed, and all communication is confidential.
What if the target doesn't respond?
If the target does not reply within 72 hours of initial contact in Quick Check, it's safe to say your partner passed! The agent will document the non-response with proof of contact attempt, and payment is still due for the completed work. You can also repost your case and select a different agent to try again if you'd like.
Can I communicate with the tester?
Yes. Once an agent is selected, you can message them through our secure platform to provide updates or answer questions.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
Cases are non-refundable. Review the evidence carefully before approving. If you need more evidence or screenshots, ask the agent to provide additional proof through the messaging system.
